| 英文摘要 | 本文通过对网易新闻客户端下的原创栏目“今日之声”的内容和其用户跟帖进行抽样分析，同时结合笔者对网易新闻客户端用户QQ群的聊天内容的观察，试图寻找在移动客户端时代，便捷的新闻获取途径和评论发表途径是否促进了用户的个人赋权心理的发生，在被网友称为“只是一种情感宣泄”的只字片语的评论中是否呈现出网友对于社会公共事务的思考，对于政治赋权的参与。本文基于赋权的视角将作为受众和用户的移动新闻客户端使用者在对新闻进行跟帖的行为进行质化和量化相结合的考察，通过将新闻跟帖的文字信息归类到不同的赋权层面，考察表达框架和态度，评估其在赋权的不同层面上的表现。通过对“今日之声”近一年的评论进行考察，笔者总结出移动客户...; In This article the author is going to find out if users of news app have been empowered due to the convenient ways to access information and the unrestricted paths to publish comments.
