| 英文摘要 | 冲床作为一种材料成型设备，在机械加工领域占有重要的地位。利用冲床所生产的热模锻件具有机械性能好、材料损耗少、生产效率高等特点，其产品被广泛的应用于汽车、船舶、航空等工业领域。然而热模锻件的上下料普遍采用人工操作，生产环境极其恶劣并具有一定的危险性。随着劳动力的短缺和劳动成本的提高，企业对于实现冲床自动上下料的需求变得越来越迫切。目前，所研究的热锻自动化辅助设备技术水平要求和成本均超过一般企业能够接受的范围。因此研究一种具有普遍适用性的自动上下料系统显得尤其有意义。 本文在研究分析了冲床自动上下料系统的研究成果、热模锻件成型工艺和生产要求的基础上，确定了冲床自动上下料系统的基本设计思路。设计了...; Punch as a material forming equipment,Occupying an important position in the field of machining.
