英文摘要	本项研究主要技术内容为高速柔性条烟输送封箱系统的改进研究。行业内传统使用的烟条输送封箱系统存在以下问题：1)柔性化问题：目前系统柔性化程度不足，只能满足两台高速机对应一台封箱机。系统柔性化程度的不足使得封箱机无法满负荷工作，增加了整个系统的总能耗。2）效率问题：传统使用的烟条输送封箱系统存在发生的故障次数，排包机装置与外观检测系统协调配合的问题，缓存能力不足等因素。3）质量问题：传统使用的烟条输送封箱系统PN排包机在使用过程中，出现了烟支缩头现象，影响卷烟产品的质量。 本项研究对传统使用的烟条输送封箱系统进行改进研究，对烟条输送装置进行了研发和改进，升级改进PN排包机，研发设计新一代气垫排包...; The main content of this project is improve and research of high speed and flexibility cigarette transport sealing system.
