英文摘要	本文运用中国与广东省的宏观和微观调查数据，探讨技术进步对广东就业数量与结构的影响。主要包括技面临刘易斯转折点时，技术进步对广东就业数量及结构影响的机制，为解决广东民工荒与促进高技能青年就业提出政策建议。首先，从理论上探讨技术进步对劳动力市场及就业影响的机制，主要是技术进步对一个国家、地区就业总人数的影响，以及技术进步对具体产业吸纳就业人数的影响。其次，研究在一个较长的时期内，技术进步对广东省就业总量的影响；再次，研究技术进步引起的就业在产业间、行业间分布的变动，以及技术进步对产业结构升级的影响。最后，研究技术进步对就业者教育水平、技能和培训等的影响。 本文的主要研究内容及创新如下： 技术进...; Using macroeconomic data and microeconomic survey data, this dissertation studies the relationship among technological change, employment and economic growth.
