英文摘要	本博士论文围绕中国的学费改革、代际收入流动性以及公共（教育）支出对代际收入流动性的影响进行了研究。本文分为三章，第一章估计了学费改革 对入学率的影响，第二章估计了我国居民的代际收入流动性，第三章估计了财政（教育）支出对代际 收入流动性的影响。 第一章估计了2000年到2006年之间实施的三项学费改革政策对中国农村小学和初中入学率的影响。运用倍差法（difference-in-differencemethod）和“中国健康与营养调查（CHNS）”的数据，我们的实证分析发现，自2001年开始实行的“一费制”政策对入学率没有统计上显著的影响；但是从2003年开始实施 的“两免一补”政策促...; This dissertation consists of three essays as following: In the first chapter we estimate the effects on school enrollment of three sequential reforms undertaken between 2000 and 2006 on tuition of primary and junior high schools for poor, rural families in China.
