| 英文摘要 | 随着房地产市场的持续繁荣发展，房地产逐渐成为居民财富中的一个重要组成部分。在房地产价格持续上涨的同时，我国居民人均消费也不断增加，引起了国内学者的广泛关注。当前对我国房地产市场的研究主要在于房价上涨对居民消费的影响是财富效应还是挤出效应，而结果也一直存在争议。本文认为我国房地产市场起步晚，发展快，具有自身的特点，对房价变动对消费影响的异质性进行研究具有重要意义。 本文基于生命周期-持久收入假说，采用我国31个省1999-2010年的年度数据，运用静态面板数据模型和动态面板数据模型，分别研究房价变动对我国耐用品消费和非耐用品消费的影响的异质性，并分析其在不同收入水平、不同教育水平、不同地区和不...; As the sustained development and prosperity of real estate market, real estate has gradually become an important part of the national wealth.
