| 英文摘要 | 由于政府重要官员作为政治权力的代表,可以通过法定政治权力改变金融管制和经济政策,因此近年来官员个人的更替事件也逐渐成为学术界关注的新领域。目前，大部分学者主要从地区宏观经济发展的视角研究官员更替后的影响效果，而关于该事件对企业微观行为影响的讨论均集中在投资决策的层面。然而本文认为，官员更替不仅意味着企业面临的不确定性风险的增加，同时也意味着新一轮资源分配机会的到来。那么企业是否会采取实施慈善捐赠这一积极主动的方式与新任官员建立政治关系来抵补政策风险、为自身争取资源倾斜呢？这是本文试图探究的新问题。 本文以2006-2011年7517家A股上市公司为样本，选取地方政府换届（市委书记更换）这一独...; As the representatives of the power, the government officials can change the financial regulation and the economic policy with legal authority.
