| 英文摘要 | 随着中国对外开放的不断深入，中西方文化的交流也日趋频繁。厦门作为中国最早的经济特区之一，是中国首批向世界开放的城市，享有极高的国际化程度。众多外国友人被吸引来到厦门，产生了多种形式跨语言、跨文化的交流。一些旨在学习英语语言文化的活动随之建立。这些由外国友人创办的英语角口译成为一种新兴的社区口译形式。 本文立足口译质量评估和社区口译的理论基础，通过观察、录音、问卷、采访等方式，对厦门四处英语角的口译质量进行了调查研究。文章对比分析了四处口译场所中听众、译员、主办方对口译质量期待和实际评估的异同点。通过本研究，作者总结了该场合中译员使用的现状，指出了若干问题。研究发现，译员的选择完全由主办方个人...; The communication between Chinese and Western culture has been thriving ever since the introduction of the reform and opening-up policy.
