| 英文摘要 | 外宣（汉译英）新闻是国家对外塑造和传播国家形象的重要窗口，其翻译写作的质量对国家外宣和国际交流效果有重要影响。自二十世纪70年代西方翻译研究经历文化转向以来，译界越发开始关注译者主体性的问题，不过“基本上都把‘译者主体性’置于多元文化系统中加以透视”（曹明伦，2008），并且绝大多数都止步于对译者素质要求的探讨和简单的角色比喻。而对其根本内容——译者的翻译能力，即“源语语篇分析能力和相应的目标语语篇复制能力”（Wilss，1982:118）却少有探讨。翻译写作学认为译文的质量优劣取决于译者的写作能力，强调“译而作”和发挥译者主体性，其所关注的正是译者主体性的根本内容。本文基于翻译写作学的理论框...; News, as the word suggests, is born to “tell stories from north, east, west and south”.
