英文摘要	本文旨在研究影子跟读练习在同声传译训练中的作用。作者着重分析为什么要把跟读练习作为同传的入门训练，以及它对同传习得的具体影响。 本文由以下五章构成： 第一章为本文的研究背景。本章主要介绍跟读、同传等基本概念和同传训练的基本方法，同时介绍了国内外对影子跟读、同传和它们之间关系的研究成果。 第二章围绕本次研究的理论基础展开。在认知负荷模型的理论框架下，本章从工作记忆和听力理解的元认知论角度探讨了影子跟读练习和同传的内在联系。 第三、四章为本文的核心部分。本章围绕作者针对跟读练习功效进行的实证性研究展开。作者采用了定量研究的方法，分析本校英语专业二年级研究生跟读练习的训练结果。研究发现：1）...; In this thesis, the author attempts to conduct an empirical study on the role of shadowing exercise in the acquisition of simultaneous interpreting (SI).
