| 英文摘要 | 随着全球经济一体化进程加快，国际贸易活动更加频繁。与此同时，商务英语也引起了学者们前所未有的关注。由于商务英语翻译是促进国际贸易合作的重要桥梁，并被广泛应用于各个领域，因而成为新的研究热点。 翻译是用另一种语言（目标语）准确再现源语文本意义的一个动态过程。鉴于笔者对商务领域具有浓厚兴趣，又考虑到攻读硕士学位期间的研究方向，所以选取了2013年6月出版的一份名为《中国市场准入手册》（ChinaMarketEntryHandbook）的咨询手册，翻译了该手册的前五章。这五章包括以下内容：中国整体概况介绍、如何建立企业法人、外企税收、人员雇佣以及个税缴纳。原文涉及到大量的跨学科专业知识和复杂的句法...; With the acceleration of global economic integration, international trade is becoming increasingly frequent.
