| 英文摘要 | 国家体育总局和教育部于2009年6月10日在北京联合启动了全国青少年校园足球活动。目前，校园足球活动已经在全国49个布局城市、3个试点县、10个省级校园足球单位、68个省级校园足球布局城市中的3082所小学、1497所中学中普及开展，有160340名校队学生球员参加校园足球校际比赛。三年多来，共有270多万名大、中、小学生参与到足球运动中。 在校园足球活动的开展中，足球指导员是校园足球活动的具体实施者。足球指导员只有在对工作状况满意的情况下，才能保持一种良好的工作态度。因此，为了保证校园足球活动的顺利开展，必须建立一套科学合理、行之有效的激励机制以激发校园足球指导员的工作热情。 本文采用文...; The Ministry of Education and the State General Administration of Sports jointly started the program of Promotion of Football Activities in School in June,2009.
