| 英文摘要 | 运用文献资料法、访谈法、实地调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法，以厦门市4所招收高水平运动员的高校、5所市级训练单位、6所区业余体校、34所体育传统项目学校等为研究对象，从“体教结合”的基本理论研究出发，论述了竞技运动人才培养体系的形成过程，分别对教育系统和体育系统各办的“体教结合”进行了效果分析和归因分析，并提出了相应的措施。 研究的主要结论是： 1．在我国体育发展过程中，“体教结合”分别由基层体育部门、中层体育部门、教育部门提出，但从提出“体教结合”的历史背景来看，其根本含义是运动员的运动训练与文化学习的结合。 2．运动员运动成绩和文化成绩的水平是评价“体教结合”效果的标准。通...; This study adopts literature data method, interview method, field investigation method, mathematical statistics method, logical analysis method.
