| 英文摘要 | 根据人力资本理论，人力资本投资能够有效地提高劳动者的收入水平，所以可以通过估算人力资本回报率水平增进对劳动力市场机制以及投资回报效率的了解。台湾属海岛型经济体，资源相对匮乏，依托人力资本的巨大贡献曾一度创造出经济发展的奇迹。但近年来岛内经济低迷，薪资停滞，失业率上涨，青年“勤贫族”涌现，社会不稳定因素加剧。因此在现阶段借由对人力资本回报率的研究，进而对台湾经济现状加以分析更具有理论和现实意义。 本文中在重新构建涵盖教育与健康的投资函数的基础上推导出预期最优和最低人力资本回报率，并将其与劳动力市场实际人力资本回报率进行比较，借助台湾“人力运用调查”数据，利用两层线性模型对1980、1990、1...; According to the theory of human capital, human capital investment can increase labors’ income effectively, and it also helps to study the labor market mechanism and investment returns efficiency comprehensively.
