英文摘要	摘要 主权是现代国家的核心要素，同时也是困扰两岸关系的症结。中国没有发生分裂，两岸同属一个国家，因此大陆与台湾不存在主权意义上的对立关系。但从实践来看，台湾方面以自身的政治利益为取向，片面地自诩“主权国家”。台湾社会在其异化的政治环境下往往错误地认识“主权”，难以正确认识两岸关系的应然结构与实然状态。中国主权是唯一的，两岸同属一个中国，国家主权属于人民全体，中华人民共和国政府代表全体中国人民行使上述主权。在主权意义上，政府与国家这两个概念在两岸间不具备“同质性”。在政治立场上，大陆方面也没有承认台湾是“国家”或“中央政府”的空间。在法律上双方各自主张管辖范围涵盖全中国，但在政治现实上，双方行...; Abstracts Sovereignty is the core element of the nation-state, at the same time, it is also the crux of the cross-straits relations.
