| 英文摘要 | 台湾自上世纪八十年代政治转型以后就走上西式政党政治道路，至今已有二十多年时间。新世纪以来，台湾政党政治的发展出现许多的新的动向与特点，不仅已经实现了两次“政党轮替”，而且两党政治的格局也已经初步成型。本文以西方政党政治理论为基础对台湾政党体制的最新发展趋势进行分析，分析其向两党制演变的原因、特点及未来发展趋势，不仅具有理论意义，也对大陆对台工作具有一定启示意义。本文首先梳理了台湾政治转型以来政党政治的发展历程，从中可以明显看出台湾政党政治向两党制过渡的趋势。1949年，国民党在国共内战中失败退踞台湾，并将其在大陆统治时期的一党独大的威权体制复制到台湾。20世纪80年代中后期开始，台湾启动政治转...; Since the 1980s when Taiwan finished its political transition, Taiwan stepped on the road of western party politics and it is more than 20 years since then.
