英文摘要	雾峰林家是清代、特别是清代后期台湾的重要家族之一，有“台湾第二家”之称。雾峰林家的发展轨迹与台湾社会从武到文、从移垦到定居的转型几乎是同步的。1746至1854年，雾峰林家开始在台湾中部崭露头角。从渡台拓荒的林石到戮力经营商业的林甲寅，经过三四代的努力，雾峰林家在台湾中部站稳了脚跟，并初步与官府发生了联系，以土豪的身份影响着家乡。1854至1862年是林家与官府关系的融洽期。林文察因为协助官府镇压太平天国运动而发迹，林家族人通过军功和捐纳等途径进入官场，并跟官府保持着良好的合作关系，在家乡，则开始依靠官绅身份扩张政治和经济势力。1862至1864年是林家与官府关系的紧张期。在镇压戴潮春起义的过...; The Lins of Wu-feng as one of the most important families in Tsing Dynasty，especially in the evening，and it had the name of“Taiwan’s Second Family”.
