| 英文摘要 | 在和平发展的新时期，海峡两岸的涉外事务已不能只以过往的零和博弈思维来看待，但两岸间在该领域依然存在重大的理论难题和现实矛盾。本文试图以建构主义理论为分析框架系统的研究两岸在涉外事务中建构共有身份的条件和过程。 在吸收西方理论精华的基础上，同时结合两岸实际，本文提出台湾在国际社会适用的概念。中国主权领土完整，但治权尚未完全统一，台湾资格上是中国的一个地区，但行为能力上具有部分涉外能力，该能力受资格和实力的限制并不完整，因此，台湾的涉外事务受两岸关系影响也受国际社会影响。本文依循建构主义的逻辑认为，国际社会和两岸关系的共有文化包括霍布斯文化、洛克文化和康德文化三种以及共有文化转变阶段的两种以上文...; In the new era of peaceful development, the external affairs of the two sides of Taiwan Straits could not be viewed any longer from zero-sum thinking, however, there are still significant theoretical problems and realistic contradictions.
