| 英文摘要 | 海峡两岸经贸关系从20世纪80年代开始起步，90年代日益兴盛，至21世纪初期形成相当规模。截至2013年7月底，大陆累计批准台资项目8．9万项，实际利用台资金额584．66亿美元，如加上经第三地转投资，台商在大陆投资将近1100亿美元。2012年大陆与台湾贸易总额增加到1689.6亿美元，比1987年的15.2亿美元增加了110倍，年均增长率为20.7%。可见，台商对大陆投资与两岸贸易作为两种最主要的动力共同推动了两岸经贸关系及区域经济一体化的发展。在这种形势下，孤立地看待台商投资和两岸贸易都是不合时宜的，同时也不利于贸易与投资目标的协调与相互支持。在当前两岸经贸关系进入了制度化合作的新阶段的...; The cross-strait relationship of economic and trade started from 1980s, thrived in 1990s and formed a considerable scale at the beginning of 21st century.
