英文摘要	新型农村合作医疗制度是政府组织、引导、支持，农民自愿参加，个人、集体和政府多方筹资，以大病统筹为主的农民医疗互助共济制度。其目的是通过互助共济，共同抵御疾病风险，减轻农民因病带来的经济负担，缓解因病致贫、因病返贫状况。新型农村合作医疗制度尚处在初始阶段，各方面都很不成熟，很多理论尚处在探索阶段，尤其在医疗费用这一核心部份的精算模型还没有文章作深入的研究分析。为此本文对医疗总费用分布模型作出初步的探索分析。本文首先介绍了新型农村合作医疗制度的历史背景及发展潜力。其次利用福建省莆田市某镇的从2005年9月份到2008年2月份的所有参加新型农村合作医疗制度的农民的次住院费用及补偿费用数据，将观察期分...; New-type rural cooperative medical system is a system of farmers’ medical mutual aid, which is organized,conducted and assisted by government，participated by farmers in voluntary,financed by individual collectivity，government，and making overall plans mainly for serious disease.
