英文摘要	酪氨酸磷酸酶Shp2（TheSrchomologyphosphotyrosylphosphatase2）常常过表达于乳腺癌组织，可能影响乳腺癌的发生及及发展，但是其具体的作用和调节机制还不清楚。本课题利用Shp2的过表达载体或干扰小RNA载体，改变乳腺癌细胞中Shp2的表达，研究了Shp2对乳腺癌细胞生长及其主要促生长信号雌激素的影响。结果发现：（1）Shp2活性对乳腺癌细胞的增殖是必需的，降低Shp2的蛋白表达水平，就会阻滞乳腺癌细胞MCF7和MDA-MB-231的生长；（2）剂量依赖性地，雌激素能够促进乳腺癌细胞MCF7和Bcap37中Shp2及其伴侣蛋白Gab2的表达，而作为对照，雌激素...; Shp2（The Src homology phosphotyrosylphosphatase 2）is over-expressed in most of cases of breast cancer and play an important role in breast tumorigeneisis.
