| 英文摘要 | 蛋白质酪氨酸磷酸酶SHP2（TheSrchomologyphosphotyrosylphosphatase2）是一种广泛表达于机体的各种组织和细胞中的细胞质酶，具有多种生理功能。多个研究发现，SHP2参与瘦素、胰岛素以及肝脏对糖脂代谢的调节；在下丘脑、肝脏、胰腺等组织特异性的敲除SHP2基因，都能诱导糖脂代谢的紊乱，出现糖尿病和肥胖症的症状，而下丘脑特异性的SHP2高活性则可有效阻止肥胖的发生。所以SHP2是治疗糖尿病和肥胖症的潜在靶标，促进SHP2活性可能有效治疗肥胖型糖尿病。因此，筛选针对SHP2的高效、专一的促进剂作为治疗肥胖型糖尿病的药物，具有非常重要的意义。但目前对SHP2活性促进剂...; SHP2 (The Src homology phosphotyrosylphosphatase 2) is a cytoplasmic enzyme, and widely expressed in various tissues and cells.
