| 英文摘要 | 血管和神经系统都构成复杂的分支网络，遍布身体的各个区域，并提供信息的双向流动（感觉和运动神经元；动脉和静脉血流）。在体内分布上血管和神经纤维也总是相伴而行到达同一远隔靶位，二者在结构和功能上的相似性，暗示着它们可能受到某些共同信号分子调控。很多神经导向因子都参与了对血管生长发育的调节。UNC5B是首个被证实参与血管发育调控的UNC5受体。但目前对于UNC5B在血管发育中的作用因所使用的动物模型以及UNC5B基因敲除后对表型分析的不同而存在很大的争议，争议的焦点在于UNC5B是促进，还是抑制血管的发育，基于这种争议，本研究选用人脐静脉血管内皮细胞株（HUVEC）、人脐动脉血管内皮细胞株（HUAE...; Vascular and nervous systems constitute a complex branch network throughout the body, providing bidirectional flow of information (sensory and motor neurons; arterial and venous blood flow).
