| 英文摘要 | OVOL2是进化上相当保守的一种转录因子，它与胚胎发育之间的关系已经被很多研究所报道，但是OVOL2与肿瘤的发生发展关系还知之甚少。本文主要从OVOL2是如何调控结直肠癌的转移与侵袭方面做了详细的研究。 首先我们从结直肠癌病人样本的组织芯片中发现肿瘤中OVOL2含量低的病人预后生存期更短。然后我们通过体外细胞增殖实验、裸鼠皮下成瘤实验、小鼠免疫组化实验、HE染色实验证实了OVOL2不能够抑制结直肠癌的增殖。于是我们猜测OVOL2可能是通过抑制结直肠癌转移和侵袭过程，延长患者的寿命。于是我们通过细胞划痕实验、Transwell实验、裸鼠尾静脉肿瘤细胞注射实验、裸鼠原位肿瘤细胞注射实验、HE染色...; OVOL2 is an evolutionarily conserved transcription factor, it has been much reported that the relationship between OVOL2 and embryo development.
