| 英文摘要 | 神经导向分子系统不仅调控神经系统的发育，在血管新生和肿瘤发展等方面也存在重要的调控作用。前期的研究表明，神经导向分子Netrin及其受体涉及肿瘤发生发展中的作用主要体现在影响肿瘤细胞的存活，迁移和肿瘤血管新生等方面。UNC5C作为Netrin家族的受体成员之一，其在结直肠癌及多种肿瘤中表达下调，基因敲除小鼠模型也证实了结直肠癌中UNC5C功能失活与肿瘤发展相关。本实验室检测肿瘤细胞中UNC5C表达情况时发现，与正常乳腺细胞相比UNC5C在不同乳腺癌细胞系中有明显的差异表达，而目前UNC5C在其他肿瘤中的研究鲜有报道。此外，由于UNC5C在体外培养的人血管内皮细胞上的表达情况存在争议，相应的基因...; Functions of axon guidance molecules (AGM) systems are not limited in the development of nervous system; they also serve as vital regulators of some other tissue/organ development outside of nervous system, including angiogenesis and tumorigenesis.
