英文摘要	对虾传染性皮下及造血组织坏死病毒(infectioushypodermalandhematopoieticnecrosisvirus，IHHNV)是世界各地养殖和野生对虾的重要病原之一，隶属于细小病毒科(Parvoviridae)短浓核症病毒属(Brevidensovirus)。本实验室发现IHHNV的核衣壳蛋白(capsidprotein，CP)在大肠杆菌中能够重组表达并自组装成与天然病毒粒子大小、形态相类似的病毒样颗粒(virus-likeparticles，VLPs)。由于缺乏病毒基因组，该VLPs不能自行复制增殖，但间接免疫荧光染色方法证明IHHNV-VLPs能够与凡纳滨对虾的血细胞发...; Infectious hypodermal and hematopoietic necrosis virus (IHNNV) is one of the highly pathogenic shrimp viruses causing diseases in both cultured and wild shrimp.
