英文摘要	本文根据铁蛋白的耐热性特点，采用热变性法、离子交换柱层析技术（DEAE-52）和聚丙烯酰胺梯度凝胶电泳（PAGE）技术，从鲨鱼（Sphyrnazygaena）肝脏中分离纯化电泳纯鲨鱼肝铁蛋白（LiverferritinofSphyrnazygaena，SZLF），并结合PAGE与超滤分离技术，制备质谱纯的SZLF，供组成与结构分析。SZLF由单类型亚基组成，分子量约为20kDa。在采用SDS-PAGE、高效液相色谱（HighPerformanceLiquidChromatography，HPLC）分离与纯化SZLF过程中，发现一段分子量约为14kDa的肽片段，其分子量小于SZLF亚基。采用酶切...; According to the characteristics of protein resisting-heat, we used thermal denaturation method, separation approach with column anion exchange chromatography with filled DEAE-cellulose 52 and native PAGE to separate and purify Liver ferritin of Sphyrna zygaena (SZLF).
