| 英文摘要 | 目前市面上大多数药物为手性药物。手性药物指的是药物分子的结构中含有手性中心的一对互为实物与镜像的对映异构体。这些对映异构体的理化性质基本相似，但因为它们的药理作用是通过与生物体内大分子之间严格的手性匹配与分子识别实现的，所以一些手性药物对映体之间的药效差异很大。从手性药物的药理入手，研究对映体之间的药效差异对于手性药物的开发就显得尤为重要。本文选择了三对R型和S型对映体药效差异较大的手性药物，分别是抗抑郁药R/S-Oxaprotiline，致幻剂R/S-LSD和抗炎症药物R/S-Naproxen作为研究对象。采用高通量反向对接程序对手性药物分子对映体结构进行潜在靶蛋白的搜索。比对这些靶蛋白在这...; Development of chiral drugs has become a trend in current and future individual chemotherapy.
