| 英文摘要 | 浮游植物作为水域的初级生产者和食物链的基础环节，对水体中营养盐的收支动态平衡起着重要的调节作用，其群落结构的组成与变化，在一定程度上可以比较敏感地指示海洋环境的变化。研究近岸海域浮游植物群落对营养盐长期变化的响应是了解人类活动对沿岸生态系统影响的重要途径，也是目前海洋学研究领域的热点之一。国内关于浮游植物群落长期变化的研究报道绝大多数采用网采方法，而基于水采方法的浮游植物群落研究比传统的网采方法更能反映浮游植物的实际情况。本文以厦门海域作为研究区域，通过现场调查和历史数据分析相结合的方法，基于水采浮游植物样品，研究该海域浮游植物群落结构和演替及其对营养盐长期变化的响应。此外，通过研究九龙江下游...; Phytoplankton is very essential in marine primary production and food chain, and plays important role in nutrient buget regulation, which is also sensitive to mainre environmental changes.
