英文摘要	Ca2+是植物生长发育过程中不可缺少的元素之一，有很多重要的生理功能。植物有性生殖过程与Ca2+密切相关，从大、小孢子发生、雌、雄配子体发育，到传粉、受精、胚胎发生等过程，Ca2+都参与其中，并发挥重要作用。但目前有关植物中的钙功能研究主要集中在Ca2+信号方面，对Ca2+在植物生长发育过程中的生理功能研究较少，尤其是对于有关植物有性生殖过程中Ca2+的分布特征还没有完全了解，对其生理功能也还没有深入的认识。烟草是植物学研究的一种模式植物，对其有性生殖研究已积累了大量的资料。我们对烟草有性生殖过程中钙在花药和雌蕊组织中的分布特征进行了研究，并根据这些分布特征对其在有性生殖各个环节中的生理功能进...; Calcium is a significant element in organisms and participates in numerous physiological functions and its role has been revealed more and more in plant development.
