| 英文摘要 | 手足口病是儿童常见病，多种肠道病毒均可引起手足口病，其中科萨奇病毒A组16型（CA16）和肠道病毒71型（EV71）为我国近几年手足口病的主要病原体。CA16感染导致的HFMD症状相对较轻，病程多为自限性，但也有研究显示其与心肌炎、心包炎及其它严重疾病相关，并有少量CA16感染致死的报道，因此有必要增强对CA16的了解及防控技术研究。目前尚未有成熟的CA16快速诊断试剂和预防疫苗，因此开发相关诊断试剂与疫苗对于手足口病的防治具有重要意义。本研究目的是建立CA16病毒的分离鉴定技术平台，获得较为完整的CA16病毒库；分析CA16分离株与不同国家、地区和不同时期CA16分离株的进化关系；建立优化的...; Hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD) is popular in children, which is caused by many enteroviruses.Coxsackievirus A Group 16 Strain (CA16) and Enterovirus 71( EV71) are the main agents of HFMD in china these years.The symptoms caused by CA16 are not so severe that it’s usually self-limiting.However,there are reports showing that it’s related to myocarditis, pericarditis, and other serious illnesses.More...; 学位：理学硕士; 院系专业：生命科学学院生物化学与生物技术系_生物化学与分子生物学; 学号：21720081152632 |
