| 英文摘要 | 钙是植物生长发育过程中的必需元素，具有许多重要的生理功能。高等植物的有性生殖是一个复杂的发育过程，包括一系列连续的发育事态。过去有关钙在有性生殖过程中的作用的研究主要集中于开花前后胚珠中的钙与花粉管定向生长的关系和钙在受精过程中的作用方面，而对于花药发育过程中以及雌配子体发育早期的钙分布及功能的研究很缺乏。本实验采用焦锑酸盐沉淀法，以莴苣(LactucasativaL.)为实验材料，系统地研究了有性生殖过程中钙的分布动态及功能，得出以下结果：1.在花药发育过程中，小孢子母细胞和四分体内的钙很少。刚从四分体中游离出来的小孢子内的钙仍然很少，但外壁表面分布许多的钙颗粒。随着小孢子的继续发育，花粉壁...; Calcium is one of indispensable elements with many important physiological functions during plant growth and development.
