| 英文摘要 | 户籍管理是我国各地公安机关管理工作的前提，完成好此项工作才可以更好地对社会进行有效管理。原来各个机构一般都是使用人工管理模式，但是伴随社会进程的推移，以及人口的不停迁徙，进入、离开等给工作造成了诸多问题，无法快速查找、记录对方的数据，各类信息难以得到全面的运用。为了更全面的促进社会治安，需要提高管理力度，主动使用优秀的电子信息科技以及管理模式来提升管理水平。因此，户籍管理的电子信息化，能够减少复杂的工作流程，提升户籍管理的运作速率。运用电脑中较为便捷的微软系统来作为运行平台，利用键鼠等就能快速实现信息的记录、查看以及统计等工作。 本文主要介绍了户籍管理平台的情况以及全球范围内的发展进程，简单...; The household register management is a fundamental supervisory project of many public security departments in China, related to this work.
