| 英文摘要 | 在新一轮医改的浪潮中，如何解决医院方面看病难、看病贵是头等要解决的问题。传统的医疗信息解决方案在一定程度上提高了医院的工作效率，节省了医院成本。随着科学技术的发展，一系列新型通讯技术被研发并迅速推向市场。如何在传统的医疗信息解决方案中融入现代新型通讯技术，使两种结合起来，在医院信息改革中被实施和合理的应用，解决医院如何在有限资源的情况下，合理分配医疗资源，提高医疗工作效率的问题将会是医疗信息化改革中被探索的一个热点。 基于上述分析，我们决定针对这一问题开发一个软件，帮助拓展现有医疗信息系统。纵观医院的相关医疗软件，大多都是在电脑面前实现的，这样一来医生了解病人情况的不够及时，尤其医生外出会诊...; The difficulty and high cost of getting medical service is a chief problem needs to be solved in the new wave of medical reform.
