| 英文摘要 | 随着汽车消费市场的逐渐成熟，汽车4S店的盈利模式也从销售盈利转入售后服务盈利模式。对汽车4S店的售后服务进行信息化的系统开发势在必行。 本文基于汽车4S店的售后服务工作实际需要，在对系统需求进行详细分析的前提下，实现汽车4S店售后服务管理系统的设计。本系统采用ASP.NET的开发平台和SQLServer2012数据库，其基本框架为四层架构的B/S框架。为满足汽车4S店售后服务管理需求，本系统主要功能包括：车辆基本信息管理、前台管理、车间管理、配件管理、保险理赔管理、维修结算管理等。利用软件工程的基本思路，着重从需求分析入手，对其可行性进行分析，从系统概要设计、系统详细设计、系统实现、系统测试...; With the gradual maturity of the automobile consumer market, the profit model of a 4S auto shop also transferred from sales to service profit model.
