| 英文摘要 | 在传统的办案方法中，基层办案警察基本采取人工处理的方式来应对物证管理的业务需求；这种低效的物证管理方式，已不能满足当前案件办理和涉案物证管理的需要。目前，公安机关大多已有初步的物证信息管理系统，为规范涉案物证的管理起到了很大的作用和明显的成效；但大多尚未形成系统化的涉案物证信息化管理的解决方案，还存在诸多涉案物证信息化管理的问题。例如，由于管理涉案物证，常常跨越多个部门，关系到多个办案民警，所以具体的管理流程存在诸多不够规范的地方。 本课题研究了物证信息管理系统国内外的研究现状，以Web软件体系架构、面向对象建模、软件工程技术以及关系型数据库系统技术等为工具手段，构建了智能化的涉案物证管理信...; In traditional methods, police deals with the property management business in basic artificial ways.
