| 英文摘要 | 随着经济和信息技术的快速发展，对社区的建设产生了很大的影响。社区是政府职能对应的最小单位，也是组成社会的基本元素，社区信息化的应用水平会影响到社会管理基础数据的采集和分析。 由于社区管理职能的扩大和增多，传统手工填表的人工方式已不能适应现在社区管理的要求，社区基础管理工作迫切需要用信息化的技术和方法来推进社区建设。 本文遵循现代软件工程的相关思想，在现有前进社区居民业务的基础上，结合社区管理信息化的实际需要，提出了新的居民信息管理系统的业务需求，并展开业务需求分析，确定系统的技术体系结构和实现目标，划分系统的实现功能，描述系统的设计，给出各功能模块实现的功能： 1、以电子化、网络化、人性...; The fast development of economy and information technology have had a great impact on the construction of council community over the years.
