| 英文摘要 | 随着互联网的普及，各地方部门都应用互联网技术来减少工作量提高工作效率。对于科技项目管理工作来说，过去管理各地方、部门申报科技项目的工作方式主要是通过纸质文档或者手工填写电子文档，工作量大并且效率低。而科技项目申报过程中的项目审批和项目进度等各个环节十分繁琐，需要科技处管理人员的监督和催促。有时候还容易造成材料丢失、时间延误，项目申报人不能对项目审批流程进行实时查询，整个项目管理流程不透明。除此之外，项目申请和审批等工作还要受到时间、地点的限制。 本系统主要针对科研项目管理业务中的各个业务模块进行系统设计，主要包模块有：项目申报管理、项目审批管理、项目合同管理、项目进度报告、项目结题管理、项目...; With the popularity of the Internet, local authorities use the Internet technology to reduce workload and improve efficiency.
