| 英文摘要 | 车险市场是我国财产保险市场必不可少的组成部分，经济的快速发展使得各地的汽车保险量日益增多。汽车保险作为近年来保险行业的热门险种，正随着全民汽车保有率的提升而渐渐走近了我们的生活中。与其他保险险种一样，汽车保险为了扩大市场份额，在保证新客户的同时也要保证老客户的续保率。对保险公司而言，完善的车险续保管理系统能有效地提高其续保能力，全面推动其可持续发展。 基于此，本文在已有研究基础上，以C#作为开发语言，结合SQLServer数据库，设计并实现了基于B/S模式的车险续保管理平台。该平台具有车险客户个人信息管理、承保单管理、续保单管理、统计分析、数据维护、话务查询的功能，不但可减少人力消耗，更可以...; Vehicle insurance market is an important part of the property insurance in China.
