| 英文摘要 | 评标管理系统是依照招标相关规范制度建立的一整套完整的招投标评分、运算、统计管理系统，以电子信息化为手段，开展的系统化开标、唱标、评标活动。通过该系统的建立，固化评标模式，规范评标过程，提高备件评标过程中的评标效率、评标统计分析以及相关报表展示，并实现与某烟草公司采购综合管理平台进行数据对接的管理软件。 本文充分考虑某烟草公司招标采购需求，结合现阶段成熟的技术，在系统的业务功能环节、数据库等方面上分别进行设计与实现。 本文着重从评标管理系统中核心关注点切入，对系统的需求与实现进行详细的分析。使用J2EE平台与DB2数据库管理系统实现评标管理的业务需求。并且系统的前台采用HTML+CSS+JS...; The bid evaluation management system has the function of bidding, computing, statistics management system in accordance with the relevant norms of the tender system.
