| 英文摘要 | 近年来，我国基本医疗保险制度得到了长足的发展，全民医保基本实现，保障水平逐步提高，服务能力明显提升。目前，各地普遍实现了统筹地区内基本医疗保险医疗费用直接结算，解决了参保人员看病先垫付资金、再到医保经办机构报销的问题。 从全国范围来看，医疗保险结算工作推进中依然存在不少问题：一是部分地方尚未实现市级统筹。二是安置退休人员住院费用结算存在手续复杂、垫付压力大。三是医疗行为缺乏监管。医疗费用结算问题已成为广大参保人员关注的焦点和迫切需要解决的问题，国家和地方已将解决医疗保险费用结算问题提上重要议事日程。基于云计算医疗结算系统的设计与实现就是为了解决这一难题。 本文选取云计算这课题，介绍了云计算...; In recent years, with the development of the medical insurance system in China, we have achieved medical insurance among people.
