| 英文摘要 | 现代社会，毒品违法犯罪行为大量的存在，向国家有关禁毒安全部门提出了巨大挑战，但是禁毒相关的信息管理上的落后，严重地阻碍了禁毒工作的正常开展。尽管政府开发和建设了不少的禁毒业务相关的管理信息系统，但是综合来看这些系统依然存在大量不足之处。如系统建设标准缺乏统一性，开发过程中使用的系统不一致，为系统之间单位的互连带来困难；系统开发初期的需求分析并没有考虑完整的安全体系，从而导致系统在网络及信息安全方面较为薄弱。基于以上原因，开发具有统一标准、功能完善等特点的禁毒业务管理系统成为当务之急。 本文根据当前禁毒业务管理的现状，基于.NET三层架构和微软SQLserver数据库设计实现了禁毒业务管理系统...; In today's society, the increasingly serious problem of drug crime is a major challenge to the public security and drug control departments.
