英文摘要	摘要 固定资产是每一个高校办学的基础条件。随着网络高速发展和对各行各业的冲击，高校教育的方式方法也在的深入改革和发展，高校教育教学环境在不断改善，学校的固定资产在飞速膨胀，这对于固定资产管理就提出了新的挑战。建立一套科学、规范的固定资产管理系统，是发展的必然，是固定资产管理改革的关键点。 本系统采用WindowsIIS为开发环境，ASP为开发语言，Access2007为数据库，使用B/S结构模式，面向服务架构设计。本系统主要包括五个模块：用户管理模块、固定资产管理模块、系统管理模块、查询与报表打印模块、系统信息发布模块。核心模块为固定资产管理模块，包含对固定资产的申报、审核、报批、购买、入...; Abstract Fixed assets are the fundamental condition for every university.
