| 英文摘要 | 如今，随着全国社会保险进程的不断推进，社会保险的覆盖面越来越广，社会保险的普及率越来越高，社会保险基金规模大幅增长。目前社会上许多单位或个人的社会保险费用缴纳和待遇享受都因为社保机构无法实现快速的、实时的到账，导致单位的财务无法及时扎账，个人的待遇无法及时享受。社保机构对社保基金的管理又因为一步步审核复核，财务上入账对账等问题耗费人力物力，结果还是无法解决老百姓的问题。如何解决以上问题，故需要改变现有社保机构对于社保基金收缴和支付的模式，通过银行金融机构嵌入，建立直联模式，实现实时交易，保证社保基金的安全同时提高社保机构的办事效率，让老百姓感觉到社会保险事业是真正为了提高老百姓的幸福谋福利。 ...; Now, with the advancement of social insurance, the more extensive coverage of social insurance, the popularity of social insurance rate more and more high, substantial growth in the social insurance fund scale.
