| 英文摘要 | 近年来，伴随公安信息化建设的不断推进，全国公安系统信息化应用得到一定程度的普及。绩效考核是公安系统推动的重要信息化应用之一。 本文在深入调研分析公安局绩效考核评估现状的基础上，分析其在绩效管理上存在的问题，针对问题提出相应的解决方案。最后根据解决方案，设计实现了公安局绩效考核评估系统。 系统采用微软提供的.NET开发框架和B/S网络架构，使用C#面向对象的开发语言实现。在整个开发过程中，采用了模块化的思想，应用了Ajax异步刷新技术，使得整个系统的界面友好。现今，网络中存在各种各样的攻击，系统的安全性尤为重要。在整个系统的设计中，本文采用ASP.NET2.0凭证基础结构进行角色划分，并且在...; In recent years,the application of information technology has got the popularity in a certain degree,accompanied by the continuous progress of the Public Security Informationiazation.
