| 英文摘要 | 随着我国高校办学规模以及综合实力的不断提高，各大高校在招生规模上也都有了显著的增加。每年大量的新生报到给高校的迎新管理工作带来了巨大的压力，同时也考验了一个学校的管理水平。如何减少迎新过程中的一些琐碎环节、提高学生的报到速度是迎新管理工作中所要重点考虑的问题。 论文通过对某广播电视大学的迎新现状进行分析后，撰写了系统的需求分析技术文档，同时在此基础上确定了系统开发过程中的技术路线。论文采用MVC技术架构，在J2EE体系架构下开发了迎新管理系统的体系结构，选择的是当前最为流行的B/S三层架构，系统开发的编程语言选择的是面向对象的编程语言JAVA，后台数据库选择的为SQLServer2008企业...; With the scale of higher education and comprehensive strength of our country are improved, the scale of recruitment of students of colleges and universities are increased significantly.
