| 英文摘要 | 伴随着计算机与网络的普及以及信息化技术的快速发展，当今社会已经进入信息化社会，而社会的信息化程度从一个侧面反映出了一个国家经济与政治水平。因此，为了紧跟时代的发展，院校也在大力进行信息化改造，努力实现教务教学的信息化。为了满足院校信息化的需求，本文开展了对基于RIA的远程教务教学系统的研究。所完成的工作有： （1）通过对当前远程教务教学系统的研究背景与国内外研究现状的分析，得到了其所存在的不足，并给出了研究基于RIA的远程教务教学系统的意义。 （2）对系统实现过程中所用到的RIA技术、Flex技术、J2EE框架与FMS技术进行了介绍。其中，在对RIA技术的介绍中，对其概念、特点、模型、设计...; With the popularity of network and computers and the rapid development of information technology, the information society has been coming.
