| 英文摘要 | 在警车街面巡逻和日常出勤中，对警车巡逻轨迹的合理安排和对其运动情况的实时掌握是必要的。有事实表明，对警车实时地点的掌握，有助于对街面违法犯罪突发情况的及时处理，对治安稳定起到重要促进。因此，本文通过对巡逻警力资源信息管理系统的设计，能够提升警员巡逻过程中的有效性，并对警车等资源的调配性进行更加有效的呈现，从而整体上提升当前的警力巡逻过程的高效性。 本文针对当前的警力巡逻过程中的资源浪费，管理不善等问题，基于JAVA技术，设计并实现了区县级街面巡逻警力资源调度管理信息系统，其主要研究内容如下： 1、本文基于.net三层架构和微软SQLserver2005数据库设计并实现了一套警务车辆管理系统...; At police street patrols and in daily attendance, patrolling the track arrangement and movement of real-time control is necessary.
