| 英文摘要 | 随着我国经济的持续快速增长，信息化电子化程度逐渐增高，各级单位和部门对于数据安全管理的认识逐渐增高，如何对数据进行安全管理是我们信息系统分析问题的关键。我们国土资源单位同样也不例外，为了最大程度上的提高信息安全能力，同时保证国土资源单位信息系统的正常运行，对国土资源单位的数据信息的统一管理、规范整合和优化数据质量、提高工作人员素质等诸多方面提出了新的课题。 本文主要引入了用户访问权限的控制，为用户登录不同的级别进行相应的控制，用户认证技术，主要为用户的认证方面提供相应的理论支撑，数据保护功能主要为防止文件的恶意复制和恶意下载进行最大限度的控制，此外为数据进行相应的加密，防止数据的流失，为单位...; With the rapid growth of China's economy, the degree of electronic information technology gradually increased understanding of the various departments gradually increased data security management, and how the data is the key to our information security management system analysis problems.
