| 英文摘要 | 随着计算机技术的发展和人们使用计算机水平的提高，政府机关和企事业单位的公文管理已采用数字信息化管理。公文管理技术是学校信息化建设的重要组成部分，能够提高学校日常公文管理的效率。但是有些单位还是采用纯人工的方式管理公文，为此，研究开发一套学校电子公文管理系统，将对提高学校在公文管理方面具有重要意义。 本课题的主要任务是根据学校的发展需求，采用ASP和SQLSERVER数据库技术设计并实现学校公文管理系统。论文首先分析了公文管理的发展现状，简要介绍了论文的研究内容。对系统的功能性需求进行了详细的分析，主要包括用户管理、公文管理、资料管理、系统管理等模块，并对系统的非功能性需求从性能、安全性和可靠...; With the development of computer technology and the improvement of people "s use of computer, digital information management has been adopted in the document management of government agencies and enterprises and institutions.
